Amazing!! We had a wedding weekend with three full days of events which was completely perfect thanks to Heather’s impeccable communication, organization and management...incredibly helpful and courteous, and the experience for us and the entire wedding party was seamless and stress free.
Heather is AMAZING. She was the wedding coordinator for my 200-person wedding ...a Friday night welcome party, the wedding itself, a wedding after-party, and a Sunday brunch...She is the ideal wedding coordinator: she is so lovely, easy-going, and warm to work with, and she is also very organized, professional, reliable, and forward-thinking. She is somehow very detail-oriented and also a big-picture thinker. Leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track, took over coordinating with all of our many vendors, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Thanks to Heather, the wedding weekend went PERFECTLY...My wife and I, and our families, were all able to just enjoy the weekend stress-free. We don't have enough words to express our gratitude for Heather and her team! HIGHLY recommend for any wedding, party, or event.
Heather recently planned my Bachelor Party weekend. Everything was fantastic, she spent a lot of time researching things to do in the area and gave us an entire itinerary of different foods and activities in the area... If you are in need of a planner for your event definitely give Heather a call

This past Fall I hired Marcolina Pro's to help my Dad organize his office which was 40+ years worth of accumulated personal + work related clutter...The balance between care and productiveness was so appreciated by Dad and I.  The work that Heather did was so much more than organizing.  They really shifted the energy from being stagnant to productive while honoring my Dad's work and recognizing his sentimental feelings that were brought up while going through the organization process.  I cannot thank Heather enough.
