Heather Marcolina

Founder, Owner & Event Planner

Heather likes to say that her first event was in 2006.  She oversaw the Day-of Production and Coordination for NYSSMA, a New York school-based vocal and instrumental competition, with over 70 schools participating across the state.  This event was being held at her high school and as the high school chorus secretary, she was put in charge to coordinate and plan the event.  In the midst of coordinating and running the event, Heather turned to her best friend and said, “I wish I could do this all the time!”.  It’s then that her dream of event planning was born.

After high school she went onto college and graduate school, eventually leading her into the workforce. Heather holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership with research focused on establishing meaningful connections.  She spent the next 10 years applying what she learned while working in leadership roles such as a Hospital Administrator, a Fundraising Manager, and an Executive Coordinator for Film and Television.

Due to her professional career working under pressure in high-stakes environments, Heather is always calm, collected, organized, and prepared for any situation that may arise.  She is renowned for, and takes great pride in, her ability to cultivate a memorable and empowering experience for each client.  This makes her the ideal person to plan your events.
